For photographers
2,000 photos from Saturday. One that matters right now.
Sorting eats more time than shooting. Clients want the gallery tonight. And the shot you need for the pitch is somewhere in 2023 — you just don’t know where.
Cull today
The 2,000 frames never have to reach the cloud.
Picspace Cull runs on your machine — free. Flag keepers by keyboard, collapse RAW+JPEG and burst duplicates into stacks, then upload only the picks. Runs in Chrome or Edge — a Mac app is on the way.

From memory card to client link before dinner.
- Drop it, it’s a gallery. Upload via browser, drag a whole folder, or SFTP straight from the camera.
- One link, zero client friction. No account for your clients. Password or invite-only when the job needs it.
- Downloads you can see. Who downloaded what, and when — no more “can you resend?” archaeology.
Find forever
Your archive isn’t cold storage. It’s your inventory.
Delivery tools forget your photos the moment the client downloads them. Picspace keeps everything searchable — by what’s actually in the frame.
Search like you think
“Bride laughing, golden hour.” “Red race car, rain.” Visual AI search finds it — no keywords, no folder discipline required.
Tag a face once, find them forever
Sports shooters save ~2 hours per event on face-finding alone. At three events a week, that’s your Friday back.
Build a business
Every shoot you deliver builds a catalog worth owning.
Delivery is paid once. A searchable catalog of a client’s people, events and seasons keeps its value — for you, and for the client who can’t rebuild it.

Recurring clients, large batches
- A whole event in, a client link out — the same evening
- Every delivery stays searchable by what’s in the frame, faces and keywords
- Download limits per client, or only the photos you choose
Sell the archive, not just the shoot. Send a client their own copy of a gallery — curated and keyworded by the photographer who shot it, with captions and EXIF/IPTC intact. Yours stays. Or hand over the whole space. You set the price; Picspace does the handover.
172k photos, one space
Stress-tested by a working sports & press archive. Search stays under 1 second.
Metadata is sacred
EXIF/IPTC never stripped — capture dates, GPS, credits survive every step.

AWS Frankfurt, GDPR-compliant. An answer you can give your clients in writing.
Why Picspace exists
My wife Eva is a press and portrait photographer. One day the server holding her agency’s archive was hacked. Hundreds of thousands of photos were locked — and so was the daily work. I’m Matthias, a UX designer, and I rebuilt it for her. Then a colleague of hers needed the same thing. Picspace is what that became: one flow from the shoot to the client.
